Cycle Tests
Record the starting state, action, ending state, measurement, uncertainty and repeatability. A cycle returning to its start is an observation to test, not proof by itself.

Cycle tests
The test is simple: find a pair, follow it through one full turn, and see whether it returns. If it returns, and the net effect is zero, the cycle holds for that case.
